Si deseas ceder tu marca a un tercero o incluir a un cotitular adicional, el trámite de cesión de derechos te permite realizar estos ajustes sin interrumpirla vigencia de la marca registrada.

 

Este trámite también se puede realizar durante los primeros meses en que la marca aún está en proceso de registro. Se gestiona a través del portal del IMPI, donde se ingresa un convenio de cesión junto con una carátula que contiene la información general de la marca, y se genera el pago en línea.

 

Es un trámite seguro, es decir, no corre el riesgo de ser rechazado siempre y cuando se cumpla con el formato y los requisitos necesarios.
