Cuando una marca está en proceso de registro, el IMPI realiza un examen y, en caso de detectar algún incumplimiento o duda, puede pausar el trámite y enviarte un requerimiento o solicitud de aclaración.

 

Como titular de tu marca, tienes el derecho de responder y aclarar cualquier aspecto ante la autoridad, defendiendo la originalidad de tu marca en proceso de registro.
